Qhodi

A coding harness that runs on your own machine, with guardrails you can see and change.

Qhodi sits between you and a capable model. The model works in your project with the tools a coding assistant needs: reading and editing files, searching, running commands and using git. Every one of those actions runs on your computer, beside your files.

What the model may do is written down as guardrails. They say which folders it can read and write, which commands it can run, and whether it asks before acting. You can see every one of them on a settings page and change any of them yourself with a single command.

Runs where you work
Command lines for Linux and Windows, and a planning page in your browser. The tools act on your files because they run where your files are.
Guardrails you own
It starts careful: it asks before acting and stays inside the folders you name. Loosen or tighten that as you see fit. The harness follows its settings and always shows you what they are.
Built to finish work
Direct technical help without the lectures. Every run is recorded so you can replay it, and a run that reaches a limit stops cleanly instead of losing your work.

Access

Qhodi is invite only while it is in active development, and there is no public registration yet.

Sign-in will open on this page. If you have received an invitation, keep it: this is where you will redeem it.
